Who we are Zona Bet ("we", "our", "us") is building an AI assistant for responsible gambling. We are not a gambling operator and not a medical service. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data on our invite‑only landing website at zona-bet.com (the "Site") and during our early‑access waitlist program (the "Waitlist").

Scope

This policy covers the Site and the Waitlist. It does not cover any future mobile or web applications, integrations, or features that may collect additional data; those will be presented with their own notices and consents.

What data we collect (current landing & waitlist)

• Contact Data: your email address when you join the Waitlist or contact us.
• Usage Data: IP address, approximate location (derived from IP), browser/OS, pages viewed, timestamps, and similar diagnostic or security logs.
• Cookies/Local Storage: we use essential cookies or equivalent storage for basic functionality (e.g., CSRF/session). We avoid third‑party advertising cookies.
• Communications: your preferences (e.g., whether you confirmed email), and the content of messages you send us.

We do not ask for government IDs, health information, bank credentials, or other sensitive data on the Site/Waitlist.

How we use your data

• Waitlist management: to register interest, send early‑access invitations, and provide updates about availability or material changes.
• Communications: to respond to inquiries and provide service‑related notices.
• Security & fraud prevention: to secure the Site, detect abuse, and protect against spam or attacks.
• Analytics & performance: to understand aggregate usage and improve user experience.

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our processing relies on:

• Consent (e.g., you submit your email to join the Waitlist).
• Legitimate interests (e.g., Site security, essential analytics).

Sharing

We share personal data with service providers acting as processors (e.g., hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, basic analytics). They process data under contract and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose data:

We anonymize or delete data when it is no longer needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

Additional notices for certain jurisdictions

• California (CPRA): if you are a California resident, you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt‑out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise rights, contact privacy@zona-bet.com.
• Other regions: we will honor applicable local privacy rights and notices.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children & age restrictions

Zona Bet is for individuals 18+ (or older if required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us to delete it.

Do Not Track

Your browser may send "Do Not Track" signals; we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date.
