These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zona Bet website at zona-bet.com (the "Site") and participation in our invite‑only waitlist (the "Waitlist"). By accessing the Site or joining the Waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Zona Bet

Zona Bet provides software for responsible gambling support (education, budgeting concepts, AI chat in the future). We are not a gambling operator, broker, tipster, financial advisor, or healthcare provider. We do not accept bets or enable wagering.

2. Invite‑Only Beta; Changes

Access to any pre‑release features or services is limited, not guaranteed, and may be revoked. Features may change, be interrupted, or discontinued at any time during beta.

3. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site is for information and self‑management support only and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact local emergency services or a gambling helpline immediately.

4. Eligibility & Age

You must be 18+ (or older, if required by your jurisdiction) to use the Site or join the Waitlist. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to promote or facilitate unlawful gambling or evade self‑exclusion.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities; or attempt unauthorized access.
• Scrape, harvest, or reverse engineer the Site except as permitted by law.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

We may suspend or deny access for violations or risk to users, systems, or third parties.

6. Your Content and Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or user‑generated content (e.g., survey responses), you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use it to improve the Site/services. You represent that you have the right to share such content.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the Site/Waitlist, you consent to our data practices as described there.

8. Third‑Party Services

The Site may link to or integrate third‑party services (e.g., email delivery, analytics). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (text, design, code, trademarks, logos) are owned by Zona Bet or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND WAITLIST ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZONA BET AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR WAITLIST, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Zona Bet and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site; or (c) your violation of law or third‑party rights.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised "Effective date." Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zona Bet is organized (to be finalized). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Consumers in the EEA/UK may benefit from mandatory local consumer protections and forums.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site/Waitlist at any time, including for suspected violations of these Terms. Upon termination, Sections 6, 9–15 survive.

16. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zona Bet regarding the Site/Waitlist and supersede prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
